Postal regulations are complicated things. Or not so complicated if you work at the post office and can simply point to the regulation book and say, “THAT’s why we aren’t delivering to your condominium.” So until one of us gets a degree in mail regs, all of our mail is being forwarded to P.O. Box 380353, Cambridge MA 02238-0353Â (Our regular address works now).
Today Sarah and I spent an hour at a little table at the Middlesex Registry of Deeds. We signed more documents than we’ve seen in a long, long time. The lawyers there told us that all that signing gives us rights to a brand new condominium in Cambridge.
We’ll move in the weekend of December 10/11. Does anyone want to come lift a cardboard box in celebration with us?
Veteran readers will remember when I backed my car into my laptop. Thanks to some very generous friends, the former Pringlebook got straightened out and now sports a fully functional memory card, external monitor slot, new battery and best of all – after one year of rocking around my desk, my computer is finally stable when I type!
