The NYYC’s Spring 2007 Magazine included this charismatic broach by a Swan 45 in Maremma, Italy. The photo was so good, in fact, that I was prompted to determine if the photographer shared my interest in others’ yachting disasters. Carnage Ho!
Not only does John Robinson Taylor’s website have photos of sailboat crashes, he has a whole section of ’em (select “Broach” at the bottom)!
I used to wonder why checkstand magazines put pictures of newly-bloated supermodels on their covers. Now I get it.
