It started with a trip to Whole Foods, where we found the second to last tree there!
Yes, it is still considered a tree.
And by some strange photographic illusion, it made both Sarah and me look oversized!
But we had to get the tree onto my truck…
My truck makes the tree look especially proud, eh?
The next question – would it fit in the door?
Success! It fit!
We happened to have just enough lights for our tree.
Eventually we decided to put the lights under the tree and pretend that the brick wall was a brick fireplace:
(No plans to have a fire in the fireplace outlet.)
And thanks to the glass, there’s plenty of room for gifts under the tree!
Ed: This post reminds me of the year there was an SUV there!

You really need to measure better before bringing a tree of that size home!

Kind of creepy that you hung a stocking with my initials on it in your house, Rush.
I miss you too buddy, but you need to start letting go…
🙂 Merry Merry!
