Friends? You still with me?

VespanomicsI guess I owe you all a little apology. It’s been a loooong time since we last spoke. The reasons for this aren’t too interesting: I didn’t see any questions from the last post that really needed answering and, well, I’ve been doing other stuff and been quite busy at it. And not much of it seems Rushworthy.

But that’s behind us now. I come bearing a little gift in the form of a video. It was made by a fellow Vespa owner as an ode to its “Vespanomicality.” Unfortunately, he didn’t write about any ridiculously long rides or scooter vacations, but anyone who writes a song and films a music video about his scooter is pretty fly in my non-blog.     I feel so privelaged to have ACTUALLY been the first person (ok…. we were the first GROUP) to point this out to you! What luck. I was sure EVERYONE was sending you this video.
    The EVEN BETTER part is, there are many more videos like this one online at vespausa.com.
    In fact, YOU should submit a video. You can win me (this is important), you can win for ME a new Vespa with your video. The video is about vespanomics… or however you call it… and the premise is “how can a vespa help save the world by using less gas”- Or something like that. Maybe you’d better go to the site to see for yourself in order to improve my chances of getting a new vespa.
    I’ve ALWAYS wanted one… Rush….
    And plus I’m moving. It’s a going away present.
    I have great faith in your ability to win this contest.
    I am waiting here for my new vespa….
